Your organization shares an approved invitation, link, or QR code. Adult caregivers enroll directly with Resilient Kids, and our team handles access, onboarding, and support.

Approved partners can make the program available to all families they serve. We coordinate the materials and rollout support around the organization’s own communication channels.

Each family receives one account that follows each child from preconception through age eighteen and brings trusted caregivers into the same guidance.
- One core action each week through age six, backed by developmental science and matched to the child’s developmental stage.
- Monthly guidance from age six through eighteen.
- Room for up to eight children and five adult caregivers in one family account.
- Invitations for a co-parent or partner, grandparent, babysitter, nanny, adult relative, or trusted family friend who regularly cares for the child.

Community Access Grants are designed to give families access without transferring sensitive partner records or turning the organization into an account administrator.
- The organization does not send Resilient Kids a patient or family roster.
- Resilient Kids does not request medical records, EHR data, benefits information, case information, CPS data, custody information, allegations, or other sensitive partner records.
- Resilient Kids does not return an individual family’s activity to the organization.
- Any organization-facing update is minimal, aggregate, privacy-safe, and separately approved.

Why is it called a Community Access Grant?
Resilient Kids provides full product access in kind, at no cost to the participating organization or invited families. The grant is access to the product; it is not a cash award.
Is this an established Resilient Kids program?
Yes. Community Access Grants are a current Resilient Kids program with defined access terms, partner-specific enrollment routes, prepared launch materials, and direct support from the Resilient Kids team.
Who is the program for?
Community Access Grants are for approved nonprofit and community organizations that serve families. Hospitals, insurers, clinical practices, and other institutional purchasers use separate paid-access partnerships.
How many families can an approved partner invite?
There is no fixed participant-family cap for an approved partner. The goal is to make access available to as many families as the organization serves. We coordinate the rollout around the partner’s channels and support needs.
Does the organization need to collect names or enroll families?
No. The organization shares the approved invitation, link, or QR code. Adult caregivers enroll directly with Resilient Kids and verify their own email address.
Will families be asked for a credit card or charged later?
No payment details are required. There is no scheduled end date and no automatic paid conversion.
What information does the organization receive?
The organization does not receive individual family activity. Any organization-facing reporting is minimal, aggregate, privacy-safe, and agreed separately before it is provided.
Can Resilient Kids help staff and families get started?
Yes. Our support team can demonstrate the app, walk through enrollment, answer staff questions, and help families with access or setup.
